Direct access to the beach will delight swimming and sunbathing enthusiasts. The residence also offers an elevator for your convenience. You will have a private parking space. A communal ping-pong table is available for your leisure. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. Your residence is at the starting point of the wild coast; on foot or by bike, this walk is a must, offering various viewpoints between small beaches and rocks. You are also close to all amenities and the Croisic harbor, and only 15 minutes from La Baule, home to one of Europe’s largest beaches.
